Ordering

After receiving your order we will contact you personally within 24-48 hours and you’ll confirm your order. We will send you an invoice for payment and once payment is received the project will start. 

If you place an order through the store for one of the axes besides a custom axe, follow through with payment and once it is received we will start the axe as well as contact you to clarify all details. 

The average waiting time for an Axe is about 1 month. If we are fully booked then we will inform you via e-mail and give you a timeline on when we can expect to get to it. 

After some time the order will be completed and we will contact you again for the second deposit and shipping costs. Once that is paid, and your order is packaged and shipped, we will send along shipping and tracking information. Please note our wait times on all orders and reservations. Shipping is included when checking out through the site. If we choose to complete the transaction through paypal then the shipping price will be added and shown in the invoice. 

 


Warranty

Once you purchase your Axe, there are no refunds or returns. Each axe is engraved and is completely unique. We no longer replace broken handles for free because there has been abuse in this area. If you'd like for us to send you the parts to replace your axe handle yourself then let us know and we will send you the material you'll need for $35.17

Shipping

Shipping cost depends on the weight of the order and the country it is shipped to. When the order is sent out to you, we will send you the tracking number as an approval of the shipment.
